Estonia is a northern Europe country with 1.3 million citizens.

The Tiger Leap Foundation in Estonia has setup the project to offer WIRIS in Estonian for all the country schools through a dedicated portal www.wiris.ee . The project includes WIRIS access but also teacher training, content creation and many other related activities.

Castilla y León is an Autonomous Region of Spain with 2.5 million citizens and 360 000 students. The community Educational Portal is hosting a WIRIS server.

Asturias is a very active Autonomous Region of Spain with 1 million citizens and 135 000 students. Educastur is Asturias’ Autonomous Government public education portal offering calculation and content services for students and teachers.

Educastur includes NEA, a virtual classroom LMS including several services. WIRIS CAS is included as one of NEA's services for teachers and students.

Andalusia is the biggest Autonomous Region of Spain with 10 million citizens and 1.4 million students. Averroes is Andalusia’s Autonomous Government public education portal offering services and contents for students and teachers.

The government is creating a network of ICT Schools (Centros TIC) to promote more effectively the use of Information Technologies in Education. WIRIS will be included in the ICT Schools Intranet server as well as through the educational portal Averroes.
