WIRIS desktop

WIRIS desktop is a software tool for mathematical calculations designed for education and focused on usability. It is in fact a CAS (Computer Algebra System) that includes a DGS (Dynamic Geometry System).

WIRIS Desktop is a desktop application that runs under Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

This product is closely related to WIRIS CAS, which is its equivalent web version, extensively used by schools and universities.

Working sessions can be stored as a file and retrieved. But this is not all, as this content can be then published to the web with a single click keeping all interactivity.

For the release notes of WIRIS desktop, see the release notes of WIRIS CAS, as they are merged.
